Are all items in stock?

All items are in stock.  However, stock quantities may vary from one item to another.  Sold out items would be indicated as SOLD OUT and will not be available for online orders.  Should there be an issue with stock availability once you have already made a purchase, we are happy to assist you further.

How long will an item stay in my cart if I do not proceed to make payment immediately?

Your selected item(s) will remain for a maximum of 4 hours.  Afterwards, the item(s) will be released from your cart.

Can I reserve an item and make my purchase later?

Unfortunately, we do not offer reservations of items.  Items selected will be held in your bag/cart for a maximum of 2 hours.  We would recommend making payment for your favourite items right away!

How can I send my feedback on items or any other matters pertaining to the site?

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

To unsubscribe from our newsletter, sign in at our website, then head on to your Account section.  Click "Newsletter Preferences" and CHECK the unsubscribe box.  The unsubscription will take effect in 24 hours.
